Courierselect renewed

Hybrid Web Solutions renewed the website of Kuhne+Nagel in cooperation with our design partner JJ:GC . To begin with, Hybrid implemented the Hybrid CMS in the existing website, so content, downloads and navigation could be managed by the customer themselves. After this, we took some existing functionalities we created some time earlier and also made them available from the new website. These were the booking service of shipments and the order-tracking service.

There also was the exlicit wish to be able to calculate prices of shipments online. Visitors of this website now are able to determine the cost of a shipment in two easy steps. By picking the country where the shipment is send to and entering the weight of the shipment, the system will calculate a price and shows this to the customer.

The booking process allready available, was only to be used by existing customers. Companies were not able to register as a new customer at the website. We also created a service on the website, by which companies can now register as customer of Kuhne+Nagel. This way new customers will also be able to use the online booking service.
